What is The Ad-Hoc Globalists? It is an independent journal on topics covering global and international events, issues, concerns, movements, economics…etc. Topics related to economics are also covered and do not necessarily have to be global or international in nature.
Sheldon Birkett
Sheldon is a former Research Fellow at the Council on Hemispheric Affairs (COHA) and a B.A. Honours in Economics graduate from the University of British Columbia. As the founder of the ad-hoc globalists a few interests include environmental economics, applied economics, resource economics, and data science applications of economics. He has a background in economics pedagogy, trade policy analysis and research methods.
